Update - February 20,2009

Hey everyone! It's been a while since we've held a contest. Thank you to those of you who have expressed an interest in submitting something for the contest! After reading your ideas, I've decided to open the next one

The subject:
The contest will be to show us who is your favorite pairing with Eowyn. Should it be Aragorn? Faramir? Possibly another character? Show us. You can do this with digital art, traditional art, photomanipulations.... you decide what medium. Because there are some writers in the club, I've also decided to extend the possibilities to literary entries. I think they should be in story form, poetry might not give a detailed enough account to explain who the author thinks Eowyn should be with. Depending on how many literary entries we get, I might give you an option to pick a literary winner and a non-literary winner. We shall see how it goes

Other rules:

The contest will opened as of December 11, 2008 and will run until June 11, 2009. I decided to extend it a teensy bit longer due to the club absence.

All non-written entries must be colored and can be previous deviations that you've made but that haven't been submitted to the club.

Prizes: Right now I'm thinking the winner will get a feature on our journal with 20 of their best works. They will also get their entry put up as out featured deviation. If you have any other ideas for prizes or suggestions on if there should be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd winner or just one winner, let me know!You can respond here or by private note, whatever you feel comfortable with. Let's hear it, I want to hear from you!
